Terms of Service

Welcome to Revamle! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Revamle services, including the Revamle ID system, the Revamle website, Playgrounds, and any associated services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Your Revamle ID Account
1.1 Account Creation
To access certain Revamle services, you must create a Revamle ID. This includes providing a valid email address and selecting a unique username. Your Revamle ID is used for signing in, making purchases (where applicable), and being identified across platforms that support Revamle.
1.2 Changing Username and Email
You may change your Revamle ID username and email. After such a change:
- You may revert to your previously used username/email within 14 days.
- Changing to a new username/email (excluding the previous one) is only allowed after 14 days from the most recent change.
Revamle does not guarantee the availability of previously used usernames or emails after this period.
1.3 Device and Session Management
When signing in, Revamle collects and stores the following device information for session authentication:
- Device type, vendor, and model
- CPU
- Operating System and browser
- IP address
Devices are stored securely for 14 days. If the user opts to "remember" the device during sign-in, this specific device may bypass verification during that period. These devices are stored exclusively for validating session authenticity.
2. Authentication and Security
2.1 Verification and Recovery Codes
For security:
- Verification codes are sent via email during sign-in and are valid for 5 minutes.
- Recovery codes are used for account restoration and password reset, also valid for 5 minutes.
2.2 Account Locking
After several consecutive failed authentication attempts, your Revamle ID will be temporarily locked for security purposes. Existing active sessions will remain unaffected. You can regain access instantly by resetting your password through the recovery process.
3. Purchases and Access
Purchases can be made through:
- Stripe, using a Revamle ID.
- Steam, where you must link the product to a Revamle ID that doesn’t already own it. This linking is permanent and one-time.
Access to products purchased through Stripe requires a valid Revamle ID. Steam-purchased products, once linked, are tied to the Revamle ID and cannot be transferred again.
4. Account Deletion
You may request to delete your Revamle ID at any time. This process follows two phases:
- Initial 14-day period: You can sign in during this time to cancel the deletion request and retain your account.
- Following 14-day period: The deletion becomes irreversible, and your account will be permanently deleted anytime during this phase.
Steam-linked products will be unlinked and may be linked to a new Revamle ID. However, Stripe purchases, shared content, and associated data will be permanently lost.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Attempt to interfere with or compromise the integrity of the Revamle systems.
- Misuse the platform, impersonate others, or exploit bugs for unintended gain.
6. Modifications to the Terms
Revamle may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes, and you may be required to explicitly agree to the new Terms before continuing to use the Services.
If you do not agree within the given timeframe, some services or features may become inaccessible until you do.
7. Termination
Revamle reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms;
- We detect unauthorized, harmful, or fraudulent activity associated with your account.
