This Privacy Policy describes how your information is collected, used, and shared when you create and use a Revamle ID or access products and services associated with Revamle, including Playgrounds.

By using Revamle’s services, you agree to the terms described below.

1. What We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When creating a Revamle ID, we collect:

• Email address (used for sign-in verification, recovery, and notifications)
• Username (used for sign-in and identity display across services)

Both your email and username can be changed. If changed, the previous value may be reused by you within a 14-day window. After that, they may become available to others. Switching to new usernames or emails is restricted during this 14-day window (reverting to your previous one is still allowed).

1.2 Authentication Data

To ensure account security during sign-ins, we store device data for 14 days, including:

• Device type, vendor, and model
• CPU
• Operating System and browser
• IP address

This data is used only to verify the authenticity of your sign-in attempts. If you choose to “remember” a device, verification will be skipped for the next 14 days from that device.

If repeated failed sign-in attempts occur, your account may be temporarily locked. However, ongoing sessions remain active. You can regain access instantly via the password reset process.

1.3 Codes

We send:

• Verification codes (for sign-in)
• Recovery codes (for account restoration)

Both are valid for 5 minutes and sent via email.

1.4 Activity Within Revamle Products

We collect and store only the necessary data related to your use of Revamle services:

• Shared content (e.g. comments, reports, likes)
• In-product actions that affect your account or other users

No external activity is tracked or stored.

2. Purchases

2.1 Through Stripe

When purchasing through Stripe, your Revamle ID is required to access the product.

2.2 Through Steam

When purchasing through Steam, a Revamle ID that does not already own the product must be linked. Linking is permanent. Steam licenses are linked to your account but can be reassigned if your Revamle ID is deleted.

3. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time. The process is split into two phases:

• Phase 1: A 14-day grace period where you can cancel the request by signing in.
• Phase 2: If not canceled, the account enters a final 14-day phase, after which all data and purchases (via Stripe) are permanently deleted. Steam licenses will be unlinked and reusable.

After deletion, data cannot be recovered.

4. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary. In such cases, you will be notified and may be required to accept the new terms to continue using Revamle services. Until acceptance, some features may become temporarily inaccessible.

5. Data Protection and Integrity

Revamle does not sell or share your personal data with third parties. We do not use your data for marketing or profiling. All data collected is strictly used to operate and improve our services.
